How to renew the waterproofing on Scotts Hut, while trying to maintain the original design and product choices?
This challenge was presented to us by the Antarctic Heritage Trust team and we are rising to it.
We have helped source special products for the underfloor damproofing and membrane for the roof areas. This year we are designing the roofing details and will train the craftsmen who have to install the membrane in freezing conditions.
A great challenge for our technical team and a project we look forward to seeing completed over Christmas 2010.
