The Situation
Located on Buscomb Ave in Henderson, the Plus Pacific Tower is designed to optimise sun exposure and provide outstanding views of the streetscape and the Waitakere Ranges.
The building's distinctive angular façade is composed of sleek and modern glass and aluminium panels, in line with contemporary architectural trends.
The Challenge
It was crucial to maintain its modern aesthetic along with selecting the ideal system to ensure the apartment resulted in a smooth finish and excellent weathering properties.
The Solution
Our Nuraply TPO system on the roof and deck was the best option for this project. The installation of gutters finalised the project, ensuring that the building's exterior remains visually appealing and well-maintained for the upcoming years.
