TREMproof 250GC
TREMproof 250GC is a liquid-applied waterproofing membrane designed to protect retaining walls, foundations and other below-ground structures from ground moisture. Approved for use on green concrete from as early as 24 hours, it allows waterproofing to be completed earlier in the build, helping projects stay on track while delivering dependable long-term protection when installed as part of a complete system.
1
Enables early waterproofing on green concrete
2
Flexible membrane accommodates movement and minor cracking
3
Single-coating application supports efficient installation

Introduction
TREMproof 250GC forms a seamless, flexible waterproofing layer that helps protect below-ground structures from moisture ingress. Its approval for early application to green concrete allows waterproofing works to be carried out sooner, reducing delays in construction sequencing. Applied in a single lift, the cured membrane remains flexible to accommodate normal movement in the structure, making it well suited to retaining walls, foundations and protected planter boxes when used with appropriate drainage and protection layers.
Considerations
TREMproof 250GC must be applied to clean, dry and structurally sound substrates.
Concrete formwork must be removed at least 24 hours before application, and curing or forming compounds must be removed.
The membrane is not suitable beneath tile beds, screeds or finished tiled floors, and is not intended to be left exposed or used as a trafficable surface.
It must not be used in submerged or below-water-table conditions.
Avoid contact with bitumen-based products and temporary substrates such as corflute.
Any structural defects must be addressed before waterproofing is applied.
Anti-root additive must be included if used near plants.
